The Blazers protected their home floor with PRIDE and DEFENSE, beating Spr. Ne. 43-24. The boys put together their best half of basketball this year taking a commanding 32-7 halftime lead that was pure execution on both ends. All 9 players left everything on the floor tonight, played team basketball, and took a step in the right direction to show what NT Basketball is all about. Leading all scorers W. Lipps - 14 points on 7-9 shooting, K. Sullivan - 9 points hitting two 1st Q 3-pointers, M, Cordle - 7 points, J. Brinkley - 5 points, L. Davis - 4 points, C. Lipps & S. Alavez - 2 points.
The JV boys now have a record of 7-7 and 3-4 WOAC. They will be on the road next Friday, January 31 at Ansonia and Saturday, February 1 at Brookville.
