The JV boys came up short in the championship game of the Blazer Holiday Tournament, losing to a solid Middletown Christian team 43-33. The Blazers did not help themselves as they shot 6/17 from the free-throw line and could not convert on numerous attempts in and around the paint. The boys are now (5-5 on the season, 2-2 WOAC). Box score: Sullivan - 9 points, C. Lipps - 8 points, Bousman - 6 points, Cordle - 4 points, Brinkley - 3 points, Osswald, - 2 points, W. Lipps - 1 point.
The JVB boys will host Dixie Monday December 30th at 4:30 (with JV/V girls games to follow). JV/V boys will host Twin Valley South on Friday January 3rd at 6:00pm.
