JV GIRLS OPEN WITH A WIN

Junior varsity girls opened their season on the road against Dayton Christian. The girls got off to a great start by taking an early lead and keeping it throughout the game. They were able to hold their opponents to only one basket in the first half and two in the second half. Final score being 29-6. Peyton White dominated the paint and led the team with 12 points. Breanna Leal added 6, Claire Osswald had 5, Eva Swartsell had 4 of her own and Audrey Thomas added in a bucket to round off the blazers. It was a nicely rounded team effort. Jv will be back in action Thursday night against TCN.
