BOYS BOUNCE BACK TO WIN HOME OPENER

Boys Bounce Back to win home opener
Team 56 took the floor for the home opener and didn't disappoint. NT took on the New Miami Vikings on Saturday evening and was able to secure a victory 51-32. NT made several runs throughout the game, but New Miami seemed to have an answer and cut the lead to 13 midway through the 4th quarter. Trail responded by going on another run and securing the win. Braylon Coffey had a great night with 11 points 5 rebounds and 1 assist while going 3-3 from downtown. Kellen Laird played outstanding defense and stuffed the stat sheet 2 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block. Ethan Osswald added (2) 3 pointers and 8 points and played stellar defense on New Miami's leading scorer. Daniel Turpin chipped in 8 points and 11 rebounds. Tayden Blevins led all scorers with 18 points pulled down 5 rebounds and dished out 2 assists. Nick Brubaker and Brancin Mowen rounded out the scoring with 2 points each while Lucas Alexander played some solid defense. Team 56 has bought in to playing good physical defense and I can't say enough about the defensive effort by every player on the floor. Our defense is getting better each game! We face off against Tri-County North in our conference opener at NT on Friday Dec 6th JVB Tip off at 4:30pm.
