7TH GRADE LADY BLAZERS FALL TO FM IN SEASON OPENER.

On Monday November 25th, the 7th grade Lady Blazers played their first game at home. They fought hard against a tough Franklin Monroe team. Tied 4-4 at the half, the girls came out hard in the 3rd quarter. They scored 12 points to put them up 16-13. Alia was top scorer with 7 points. Eli had 5 points. Violet, Chloie, and Paelyne had 2 points each and Paige had 1 point. They gave it their all and fell short by 1 point at the end to finish the game 19-20. We are looking ahead to focus on the next game against Ansonia on 12/5 at home.
