Although the Lady Blazers did not secure the win tonight, they played one of their best games to date. If you haven't made it out to a game yet you should really come watch these ladies in action. They played so tough tonight and never quit until the final bell sounded. Senior Hannah Henderson scored the lone goal for the Blazers, putting her 1 step closer to the season goal record of 10 (she has 9 already this season).
Freshman Taylor Reynolds really found her strength in the goal tonight coming away with 11 saves. Seniors Josie Stiner, Taryn Rucci and Hannah Henderson along with Junior Ollie Mason, held the defensive line all night. They never let the Panthers get off an easy shot and made them work for every ball. We are back on the road at Newton on 9/17.
