The National Trail 8th grade volleyball team put up a tough fight against Edgewood during Tuesday nights game but fell 2-0. At the net Jerzey Hawkins had 3 kills. From the service line Jerzey Hawkins and Lyndi Deaton served 2 aces each while Lila Howard served for another. All of the girls played extremely well and made their competition work for every point going 20-25 and 21-25. Way to go girls!
The team moves onto host Ansonia Thursday evening start time is 5:30pm. Come out and support your middle school lady blazers!
