VOLLEYBALL GETS SECOND CONFERENCE WIN IN A ROW
The JV and Varsity volleyball teams each needed an extra game, but gutted out tough victories Thursday night against Bradford. It took a complete team effort against a scrappy Railroader team. Jaelynn Remaklus (29) and Haydn Davis (60) combined for an outstanding 89 digs on the night. The top hitters of the evening were Kaitlyn Schweizer with 16 kills, while Miranda Ott and Evie Hoffman each added 7. Kylie Schul and Haydn Davies were tough behind the service line, leading the team in aces with 4 and 3 respectively. Kylie Schul set a great game totaling 31 assists. Kyleigh Ray and Kaitlyn Schweizer combined for a well-timed block at the net. The Blazers are back in action at Mississinawa Valley Tuesday night.
