The National Trail boys golf team traveled to Arrowhead golf course in Minster, Ohio to take part in the Ft Loramie Invitational and finished in 2nd place on the day. In a strong field of teams we will compete with in the postseason, Trail fired a 325 to fall one shot short of host Ft Loramie for the title.
National Trail was again led by freshman Josh Brubaker, who tied for 7th individually with a 78. Senior Nick Brubaker and Junior Kellen Laird tied for 11th with matching 80s and senior Justin Turner rounded out the scoring with an 87. Senior Aidan Koehl came in at 92 and freshman Wyatt Gebhart 93 to round out the Blazer effort.
Trail has an off day tomorrow before traveling to Beechwood for the Brookville Invitational Thursday.
