BASEBALL FINISHES WOAC PLAY WITH A WIN

National Trail Baseball ends league play this season with a 3-1 victory against FM. This makes NT (5-5) in the league.

National Trail got the scoring started in the first inning on a Cooper Lee Single, driving in Kellen Laird. The Blazers add the last two in the fourth inning on a single to start the inning by Chase Ruebush. Ruebush moved to second on a wild pitch, Leal sacrificed bunted , moving Ruebush to third. Coffey executed a squeeze bunt beating it out for a single scoring Ruebush. Hamm continues the inning with a hard hit ball that resulted in him reaching by error and Nick Clark adds a bunt single to load the bases. The Blazers would only get across one more that inning by a sacrifice fly by Jamison Watts, scoring Coffey.

National Trail got a strong Start by sophomore Mason Leal. Leal went the distance only giving on one run.
