BLAZERS BEAT TROY CHRISTIAN IN FIVE

NT baseball makes quick work of a good Troy Christian team 12-2 in five innings.

The Blazers took advantage of a few walks, and HBP in the 2nd inning to score 6. Vance added a sac fly and Smith a single to score runs in that inning. Blazers add 1 in the 3rd on an RBI walk by Ruebush to make it 7-0. In the bottom of the fourth the Blazers plate 5 more on a walk and hit by pitch by Lawson and Vance, an RBI groundout by Watts, and a 2 RBI single by Ruebush.

Coffey went the distance grabbing his second W on the year in complete game fashion.
