Morgan House pitched her best game of the year and was deserving of a win, but the defensive lapses behind her cost Trail once again. House struck out 8 and only gave up 6 hits and 1 earned run.
Ella Dersham was the star for Troy Christian both in the circle and at the plate. She allowed only one hit while striking out 13. She collected 3 hits, including a HR, and drove in 3 runs.
After getting behind in the 1st, Trail closed the score 3-4, with a run in the 4th and two runs in the 5th. Jaleah Coffey tripled in Macyn Patton to collect the only hit and RBI. An error plagued 7th let Troy Christian up the final score to 8-3.
