Middle Town Madison plays spoiler to a great pitching outing by Jamison Watts on Monday evening to win 7-5. This moves the Blazers to (1-4) on the year.
The Blazers took the early lead when Watts scored from first on a Cooper Smith double. Madison tied it up in the third with a error with two outs by Trail. Trail jumped back in front with a Vance single and a sac fly by Ruebush. In the Top of the sixth Madison strung together a few hits to take a 5-3 which the Blazers matched in the bottom half to even it back up. Laird tied things at 5 by grounding out to score Coffey from third. Two runs in the top of the 7th for Madison was the difference in which they held on 7-5
