The boys had to work hard to put away last year's cinderella team, the Dixie Greyhounds, but the boys came up big in the fourth quarter and won by a score of 34-29.
The Greyhounds came out aggressive and knocked down shots all game while the Blazers struggled to see anything go through the net. But the boys found a way to win even though the shots weren't falling and will play again on Thursday night in Newton.
Westin and Coltin Lipps each had 11, Talon Bousman had 6, Josh Brubaker had 4, and Mason Cordle had 2 in the victory. The win is the team's 12th on the season. They will now turn their attention to Thursday.
