The 7th grade boys opened postseason with a win on Saturday, beating the Jets 52-6. All of the Blazers played well and deserve great credit for the win.
Landon Thomas had 3 points, 2 rebounds, and shared the assist lead with Osborne III with 7 each. Osborne had 2 rebounds and 11 points. Cooper White led the team in rebounds with 8 to go with his 7 points. Easton Ruebush also had 7 points and 2 rebounds. Bain Conway and Cain Bond both had 2 points. Bond also had a rebound and an assist. Xavier Remaklus fought hard for 4 rebounds and an assist. Alton Sparks had the big day at the rim with 20 points and 7 rebounds, to go with 1 assist.
We are very proud of the boys' effort. The win advances them to the Final 8 where they will face the Arcanum Trojans at National Trail on Monday at 6:30pm.
