The 8th grade boys defeated Talawanda on Thursday by a score of 36-26. After giving up 9 points in the first quarter the boys held Talawanda scoreless in the second and third quarters. Everyone played and though the score tightened-up in the final minutes the result was never in doubt. It was a good win for the Blazers, their third in a row.

Carson Adkins, Sam Alavez, Liam Davis, and Ridge Hoblit all played well in the win.
The win moves the Blazers to 9-4 overall (7-1, WOAC).
