8th Grade Boys Topple Tigers, 35-25
The 8th grade boys defended the home court against the Ansonia Tigers on Monday night. The Tigers entered the game virtually tied with the Blazers in the conference standings, each with one loss. The win moves the Blazers closer to one of the top seeds in the upcoming conference tournament.

Mason Cordle led the boys in scoring with 16 points on 4 assists. Westin Lipps had his most complete game of the year with 15 points and 5 rebounds to go with disciplined defense. Josh Brubaker added 4 points and needed ball handling.

Talon Bousman closed out the game defensively on the toughest match-up and added 5 rebounds. Coltin Lipps, Wyatt Gebhart, and Carson Laubenstein all played well.

The win moves the Blazers to 8-4 overall, (7-1, WOAC). The boys are back at it on Thursday night vs. Talawanda.
