The eighth grade boys defeated the Trojans on Monday night by a score of 42-18. The boys weathered a slow start, but came on strong in the 2nd quarter. Talon Bousman scored 14 points and had 4 rebounds. Mason Cordle added 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists. Westin Lipps led the team in rebounds with 7 to go with 8 points. Also scoring were Josh Brubaker (5), Coltin Lipps (2), and Ridge Hoblit (2).
Wyatt Gebhart and Carson Laubenstein contributed great defense to go along with well needed good decision-making on offense.
The win moves the boys to 6-3 overall (5-0, WOAC).
