The 8th grade boys got their first win of the New Year at Preble Shawnee Tuesday night, jumping out to an early lead and never looking back. Westin Lipps had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Coltin Lipps had 7 rebounds to go with 5 points of his own.
Mason Cordle scored 8 and Talon Bausman had 6. Carson Laubenstien and Josh Brubaker each had 2 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 points. Nearly all the Blazers played and contributed to the team win.
The win moves the Blazers to 4-2 on the season, (3-0, WOAC). The boys play next on Thursday evening at home vs. Trotwood.
