LADY BLAZERS COMEBACK BID FALLS SHORT

Lady Blazers Comeback Bid Falls Short
After digging into an early 10 point hole on the road against Carlisle, the Lady Blazers fought valiantly to even the score late in the game but ultimately fell short to the Indians, 33-36 in non-conference play. Senior Kendyl Johnson was a bright spot for Trail all game, netting 10 points, including an early three which kept the Blazers in the game. She was also attacking the glass, securing key rebounds along with Sophomore Morgan House, who finished the game with six points. Junior Hannah Henderson had her second consecutive double-digit scoring game with 10, and fellow Junior Josie Stiner ended the night with seven. The Lady Blazers fall to 2-3 and travel to Mississinawa Valley Thursday, December 21 with a JV tip at 6 PM.

The JV squad also played evenly with the home squad, dropping their second consecutive contest by two points, 16-14. Claire Osswald had six points, Chloe Graves four, and Peyton White and Belle Anderson each contributed two to round out the Blazer scoring.
