The Blazers came out on fire against Dayton Christian on Monday night but couldn’t hold on, dropping a 5 set match. Miranda Ott had likely her best game of the season at the net. The junior had 5 kills and 3 blocks. The team played tough defense all night with multiple players recording double digit digs: Addison Sparks (35), Haydn Davies (24), Kynzie Everman (18), Thelma Weldy (16), and Evie Hoffman (15). Sparks and Everman led the team in kills with 30 and 8 respectively. Everman led the team in assists with 30. Multiple Blazers were tough behind the serving line recording multi-ace games: Davies, Sparks, Hoffman, Everman, and Weldy.
