NT 7th grade volleyball came to play in the first match Saturday against Tri-County North. Trail played the best volleyball of the season in this match defeating TCN 25-9 & 25-23. Leading the way at the service line were Audrey Bane serving 16 points along with 9 aces, Jerzey Hawkins 6 points, Lila Howard 4 points, Zaylynn Vance 2pts with 1 ace, Natalie Neuman 2 points and Octavia Dunn had 1 ace. At the net, Lila had 6 kills, Jerzey had 4 kills & Audrey and Zaylynn had 1 kill apiece.
In the second match of the day, Trail lost a close match to Eaton 20-25 & 23-25. Audrey served 4 points, Lila served 3 points with 2 aces, Octavia Dunn served 3 points with 1 ace, and Jerzey with 2 points & 1 ace. Kenley Taylor-Hill had 1 kill and Jerzey had 2 kills.
