The Varsity volleyball team pulled their record to 7-7 on the season with a win at Franklin Saturday morning. The Blazers had to play tough on defense, being led by Haydn Davies amassing 40 digs. Davies also had 2 aces and 2 kills. Also getting double digit digs on the day was Addison Sparks, Evie Hoffman, Kynzie Everman, and Thelma Weldy. The team had strong serving with Sparks having 9 aces and Everman 8. Addison Sparks led the team in kills with 19. Kyleigh Ray, Miranda Ott, Hoffman, Everman, and Kaitlyn Schweizer all added in multi-kill games. Senior setter Kynzie Everman led the team with 20 assists, while Thelma Weldy and Kaitlyn Schweizer added 3 and 2 apiece.
The Blazers start a busy week with a change to their schedule. The will travel to Tri-Village on Monday and host Madison on Tuesday.
