NATIONAL TRAIL GIRLS IMPROVE OVER ANSONIA

The National Trail Girls Golf team improved its record to 2-2 with a win over Ansonia Tuesday evening at Highland Lake Golf Course in Richmond. The Blazers scored their lowest team stroke total of the year so far with 215. National Trail was led by Sophomore Meadow McKinley with a 49. She was also medalist. McKinley was followed by Logan Baker with 51, Jocelyn Osborne with 56, and Breanna Melling with 59. Ansonia was led by Zoey Elson with a 60. The Blazers will be back in WOAC play next Monday when they travel to Beechwood Golf Course to take on Tri-Village.
