BOYS GOLF EARNS 9TH PLACE

Boys golf earns 9th place
The National Trail boys golf team went to Arrowhead golf course in Minster to play in the Ft Laromie invitational. This is a very competitive event that has seen many state representative teams play over the past few years. The boys rebounded from a difficult event Friday to post a 346, good for 9th place.
Trail was led by sophomore Kellen Laird who carded an 82, with junior Nick Brubaker just behind at 83. Junior Justin Turner shot an 88, with senior Fletcher Davies rounding out the scoring with a 93. This combo finished 21 strokes better than last week on another demanding course. Junior Riley Littrell and junior Aidan Koehl rounded out the team with scores of 104 and 105 respectively.
The Blazers are back at it tomorrow in the Preble County tournament where we are the 2-time defending champions.
