JV LADY BLAZERS VS. YELLOW SPRINGS

The National Trail Lady Blazers JV officially opened the season against Yellow Springs High School and came away with a 2–0 win. The girls played with a lot of hustle and determination throughout both sets and did a great job working together.
Zoey Jordan finished with 1 kill, 2 digs, and 2 aces. Leiloni Davis had 2 kills, 3 assists, and 6 aces. Julia Strizu added 1 dig and 5 aces, while Eli Wolfe-Swartsell contributed 2 kills, 1 assist, 1 dig, and 5 aces. Millie Brinkley and Lyndi Deaton each added 5 aces.
This was a great start for this group, and I’m really proud of how they competed in their first game. There is still plenty to work on, but I’m excited to see how much they continue to grow throughout the season.
