In the bottom of the second, National Trail Varsity Blazer broke up the tie when Kenady Thompson drew a walk, scoring one run. Then a triple by Eva Swartsell followed to extend the lead to 5-1.
Morgan House pitched four innings in relief for National Trail Varsity Blazer. The reliever surrendered four hits and zero runs while, striking out one and walking none. Katie Wyatt opened the game for National Trail Varsity Blazer. The starter surrendered two hits and four runs (one earned) over three innings, striking out two and walking four.
