On December 12th the Blazers traveled to Bradford High school for a WOAC Matchup. In what would prove to be a physical sloppy matchup early in the game the Blazers were able to use energy and steals to pull away in the end and beat Bradford 52-31 in the final. Total team effort for this win and almost every Blazer to play chipped in a bucket.
We had a quick turnaround on Tuesday December 16th. We took on the Blackhawks from Mississinawa Valley at home. The Blazers shots started out as cold as the weather. The Blazers executed offense and got open shot after open shot but could not convert. They fought until the end and in the fourth got some energy and some shots to fall, but it was too late. The Blazers suffered their first conference loss 48-37.
The Blazers do not have time to dwell and are back in action Friday at Preble Shawnee in another big conference game.
