THE LADY BLAZERS SEASON OPENER AT WESTERN BROWN

The Lady Blazers wrestling team headed to Western Brown to compete in the Hammer And Anvil girls wrestling tournament over the weekend. The girls had a rough start to the season competing against 48 teams but a lot was learned over the weekend. Winning two matches for the Blazers was 155 lb senior Kylie Schul, Kylie wrestled well but came a few matches short of placing. The other girls who won matches for the Blazer was 115 lb Alli Shouse, 120 lb Annabelle Mackie, 155 lb Christa Renner, 170 lb Olivia Johnson, and 235 lb Madyln Collins. The Blazers will travel to The Eaton Girls Invitational this saturday , wrestling starts at 10am.
