Both middle school volleyball teams came away with wins Tuesday night, in a spirited match against Trotwood Madison.
The 7th grade team won 25-16 and 25-17. Leading the way serving was Bentleigh Buckley with 9 points and 6 aces. Miranda Derringer had 6 points and 5 aces. Miah Baldwin and Jessa Barnes both had 5 points and 3 aces, while Adalee Rogers added 3 points and 2 aces. At the net, Haven Ruebush had 3 kills.
In the 8th grade match, Leiloni Davis served 11 points and 8 aces while Millie Brinkley served 11 points with 5 aces in the 25-14 and 25-20 wins. At the net, Eli Wolfe-Swartsell had 4 kills.
The girls continue their busy week on Thursday, traveling to Mississinawa Valley.
