The National Trail girl golfers improved their overall season record as they defeated Dixie and Covington in a three way match Wednesday at Highland Lake golf course in Richmond. In the WOAC match against Dixie, the Blazers won by a score of 228 to 268. Jocelyn Osborne led Trail with a 48 followed by Ava Spalding with 56. Against Covington, again it was National Trail 228 and Covington had 237. Bella Batdorf of Covington was low score overall with a 46.
The Blazers ran their overall record to 7-4 with the two wins.
Trail hosts Ansonia today, September 11, in another WOAC matchup.
