The Lady Blazers traveled to Greenville this past Saturday morning to compete against the Green Wave. It was Trail's Lillian Cordle who got the Blazers on the scoreboard first with some great ball movement as a group and a final through ball from Kenady Thompson. The Blazers did well to keep the pressure up but eventually let the Green Wave through with a goal of their own late in the first half. Trail continued to push forward into the second half with a goal coming with less than 7 minutes left in the half. The Blazers’ second goal came off a short pass from Lillian Cordle to the goal scorer Kenady Thompson, who slotted the winning goal past the keeper. The full time came to an end with the Blazers on top with a 2-1 victory.
