The National Trail boys golf team hosted Bradford tonight and continued their perfect conference season by rolling to a 153-210 win.
The Blazers were led by sophomore Josh Brubaker who fired an even par 36. Sophomore Wyatt Gebhart followed with a 38, senior Sawyer Davies came in with a 39, and senior Kellen Laird shot 40 to round out the scoring. Sophomore Christian Rutan finished just out of the scoring with a 43 and junior Charlie Cummings finished with a 47.
The win moves the Blazers to 9-0 on the season in WOAC play. They will play host to Mississinawa Valley on Thursday and celebrate the seniors after the match.
The JV boys again were able to compete and finished with a 239. Sophomore Carson Adkins led the team with a 54, while senior Jackson Skinner shot 59, senior Aiden Rader 62, and senior Braydan Lee 64 to round out the scoring.
The JV team will play their final match of the season Thursday.
