National Trail's Kenady Thompson scored a goal early in the first half to get the Blazer to an early lead. Trail had kept the pressure on Dixie the rest of the first half but was unable to find the back of the net on multiple occasions. It was Dixie in the end who came back in the second half to score two goals to put them ahead. Missed opportunities on the Blazer side kept them behind with the match finishing in a 2-1 loss to the Lady Blazers.
