The MS volleyball teams traveled to Dixie Monday night, hoping to continue the winning streak started on Saturday. The teams showed some growing pains tonight, from it still being early in the season.
The 7th grade team lost 25-14, 25-17. Leading the way for the team were Jessa Barnes, Miranda Derringer, and Haven Ruebush. The trio each had 5 service points and 1 ace.
The 8th grade team lost both games 25-19. The service leaders were Leiloni Davis with 7 service points and 5 aces. Millie Brinkley and Zoey Jordan each had 5 points and 1 ace. At the net, Davis, Jordan, Olivia Stone, and Eli Wolfe-Swartsell each had a kill.
The 8th grade team falls to .500 at 2-2 on the season, while the 7th graders are 1-2.
