The National Trail boys golf team hosted Preble Shawnee tonight at Highland Lake golf course and came away with a 159-174 victory.
The Blazers were again led by the duo of sophomore Josh Brubaker and senior Kellen Laird, who shot matching 36s. Sophomore Wyatt Gebhart came in with a 41, and senior Sawyer Davies - who holed out from 190 yards on hole 15 to make eagle - shot 46 to round out the scoring. Sophomore Christian Rutan fired a 47 and junior Charlie Cummings came in at 51 for the non-scoring spots.
The boys get a little break until they return to action Thursday night hosting Tri-County North.
