National Trail traveled to Day Air Ballpark Saturday afternoon to play a non league matchup with TCN.

North opened up the scoring in the top of the first with a single to left and it was all they would get in the game.
Trail, still trailing in the bottom of the fourth 1-0, started a rally with two outs with a single by Mason Leal who then stole second. After Laird got hit by a pitch, Westin Lipps delivers a single into right scoring Leal. Things remained knotted in the seventh as Clark relieved Hamm, who threw 6 2/3 strong, and got the final out of the inning with runners on 1st and 2nd with a strikeout. With two outs in the bottom of the seventh and the score still 1-1, Mason Cordle hits a single up the middle. He then steals second with a great head first slide avoiding the tag. Cordle advances to third on an error by TCN SS on a ball put in play by Cooper Smith. Cordle scores the game winning run on a hard ground ball put in play by Grady Ott to clinch the win for the Blazers.
